Service Description

Welcome to SALT, an intensive for those who are looking for ways to get focused on life and make the most out of what you really want. This group is for those who want clarity, balance, time for what matters most, a break from chaos, and a community of friends. If you are tired of the daily hamster wheel and looking to be more organized, more present, and more committed to what matters most - you need SALT. We will meet online on Wednesdays from 11 am - noon - but if you can't make it you can always hit the replay. We will have loads of resources and a few challenges each week to help you put ideas into action. This course will last twelve weeks, from February 14 - May 1. Space is limited.
