I hope you had a beautiful Christmas, and as you continue your holidays, may you experience the deepest sense of peace. Many of us are looking back with fondness over 2024, while others of us are more than ready to turn the page into 2025. And although changing the calendar to a new year essentially changes nothing - there seems something significant about turning the page.
Poet Tanner Olsen says in his book As You Go:
You've taken me this far
and there is still
some road ahead
and there is still
hope to spread
and there is still
love to give
and I know
You'll be with me
until the very end.
In these final days of 2024, I am thinking of each of you with a heart full of gratitude. As you go, may you find hope and love on your journey. If I can ever be a friend, don't hesitate to ask.
