You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? - Matthew 15:13a
Salt has been used to preserve food since ancient times. It also adds flavor. So, what does "being salt" mean for us?
In the work that I do, I often talk to people about what is going on with their lives. Particularly in the last few years, I hear more and more often some of the same themes, and I can relate - I have felt these same feelings as well. And it is hard to be Salt when you've lost your saltiness. It is hard to be our best selves, or as I heard described recently our "favorite" selves, when we are tired, broken, overwhelmed, stressed. It is hard to remember that we are meant to be Salt, preserving hope and offering joy in this world of ours.
I think I have a remedy for finding your saltiness again. Starting this August, I am offering a brand new series called SALT. This is going to be an intensive for those who are looking for ways to get focused on life and make the most out of what you really want. We will meet just once a week for 12 weeks, all online. Miss it live or the timing isn't great? No problem. You can watch the replay. The real work (and joy) comes on your own with weekly resources and challenges - you can do as much or as little as you want on each topic.
Just *some* of the topics we will cover include concentrating on time management, boundaries, self care and self talk, peace, spirituality, family, and REST. I don't want to give away *everything,* but suffice to say, we are getting DEEP into some common areas where most all of us have lost some or a lot of our way. Nothing is wrong with you - we just all need resources and the support of friends. We need space to concentrate on ways to seek, act, love, transform: SALT.
This group is for those who want clarity, balance, time for what matters most, a break from chaos, and a community of friends. If you are tired of the daily hamster wheel and looking to be more organized, more present, and more committed to what matters most - you need SALT.
If you think this sounds great, but not sure if it is the right fit for you or if you can squeeze in one more thing, consider taking See Salt on April 16. It is just one Sunday afternoon, just one hour online, and it is FREE. This special day will be called “The Tide is High but I’m Holding On" and focus on ways to cope in the challenging month of May, no matter your season of life. Tune in to find ways to make the most hectic month of the year a lot more manageable - and maybe even a little bit fun! Can't make it? Sign up anyway and watch the replay. Join us for to receive free content and ask questions.

And... those who attend will receive a coupon code to apply toward the full course if you decide this feels like a fit, as well as qualify to be entered to win a relaxing prize.
Let's get back to feeling salty. Join me for a rich experience to "preserve" your sanity with SALT.
